Brazil Potash Corp. is developing the Autazes Potash Project in the Amazonas state of Brazil through its 100% owned Brazilian subsidiary Potassio do Brasil Ltda. The Company's shareholders are primarily natural resource focused institutional funds and family offices located in Australia, Brazil, Canada and the United Kington along with retail investors throughout these jurisdictions.
