On November 26, 2024, Brazil Potash Corp., a corporation existing under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the pricing of its initial public offering (the “IPO”) of 2,000,000 of its common shares, no par value per share, at a price to the public of $15.00 per share.
