On June 17, 2026, Brazil Potash Corp., a corporation incorporated and existing under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada (the “Company”), issued a press release titled “Brazil Potash Awards Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Contract For Mine Shafts and Underground Development to WSP UK Ltd., with Redpath Deilmann Mining Inc. as Subconsultants, Completing Full-Project FEED Coverage at Autazes.”
